Join us on the second in our series of tours circumnavigating America’s Great Lakes. We started with the smallest, and are moving onto the largest: Lake Superior. It is actually the largest fresh water lake in the world for surface area. We’ll bike 1345 miles around it through the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan and the Canadian province of Ontario. We’ll explore rugged coastline and rocky beaches. If you like to ride a lot of miles and stay in comfortable, but not fancy, hotels, then this is the tour for you.

We divided the Northern Tier cross-country tour in half and ran the Western half in 2010 and the Eastern half in 2011. We hope this makes it easier to fit the tour into your busy lives.
